Job Detail
- Assist with preparing work sites, cleaning up, and organizing materials.
- Assist in the installation of various lumber and/or other structures.
- Taking measurements and calculating size and material needed.
- Cutting, shaping and smoothing lumber and/or other material according to measurements.
- Installing wooden structures and adding fixtures and fittings.
- Knowledge and abilities to install concrete accessories, as needed.
- Ability to place and finish small amounts of concrete, as needed.
- Perform additional tasks as directed by management to ensure successful project completion.
- Adhere to M. B. Kahn’s Safety Program, OSHA guidelines and Company policies, procedures, and standards. Required Skills/Abilities: Ability to do physical labor and other strenuous physical tasks.
- Ability to physically stand, bend, climb, squat, and lift up to 40 pounds.
- Workers must be punctual and reliable.
- Familiarity with power tools and machinery is a plus.
- 2+ years of experience preferred
