REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and written specifications of articles to be constructed or repaired and plans sequence of performing such operations.
Join and assemble materials using nails, screws, staples, bolts, dowels, glue and other fasteners.
Erect wood framework for buildings or structures.
Build wooden stairs. Install ladders, handrails, walkways, platforms and gangways made of wood.
Lay out buildings or structures on-site.
Make, set, and adjust all types of concrete forms
Strip and release all concrete forms that are to be reused
Adheres to safety rules and regulations.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Be at least 18 years old.
Perform a variety of duties which may change often.
Ability to complete assigned tasks within given deadlines.
Ability to work at a sustained pace and produce quality work
Previous Commercial Construction is a plus but not required
Current drivers license is preferred.
