Job Detail
- Ability to read architectural floor plans
- Cursory knowledge of the construction industry and processes
- Must be proficient in installation of all doors and mechanical hardware. (Exit devices, closers, mortise locks, mullions, etc.)
- Flexibility to transfer between multiple projects on an as needed basis
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with management, co-workers and customers
- Other duties and job responsibilities as needed
- Minimum Tool Requirements: Work Boots w/ Safety Toe
- Cordless Drill Set w/ Tips (Impact and Driver Drill)
- Hand Tools As Required o Tool cart o Ladder o Power Tools: Skill Saw
- Angle Grinder MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Able to stand for extended periods of time.
- Able to lift up to 80lbs.
- Ability to work in various weather elements.
- Able to communicate in a friendly and professional manner to customers and team members.
