Job Detail
  • 1099 Contract.
  • On-the-road, flexible days off (we offer routing 5-6 days per week).
  • Location: GSAA (Greenville, Spartanburg, Anderson, West Asheville).
  • Compensation Benefits:
  • Weekly direct deposit (with a 3-week hold).

  • This position requires a background check and a drug test.
  • This position requires work authorization and a valid DL.
  • Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in cable, fiber, or telecom installation.
  • Strong understanding of installation standards, signal testing, and customer setup.
  • Ability to lift up to 80 lbs, climb ladders, and work in attics, basements, and crawlspaces.
  • Must have your own professional tool set and mobile ph1as outlined in the company’s required equipment checklist.
  • Having your own white minivan or pickup truck with a ladder rack is a plus — if not, we can connect you with partner companies that offer vehicle and ladder leasing options.
  • Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills.
  • Dependable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
  • Commitment to following safety protocols and company standards.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Install, activate, and configure cable and / or fiber internet systems for residential and commercial customers.
  • Set up and test routers, modems, splitters, ONTs, and networking equipment.
  • Perform pre- and post-installation testing to ensure optimal signal quality and functionality.
  • Read and follow job orders, maps, and site instructions to ensure accurate and compliant installations.
  • Troubleshoot service or signal issues and perform adjustments on-site when necessary.
  • Maintain a clean, organized work vehicle and adhere to safety and traffic protocols.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to provide an outstanding service experience.
  • Complete accurate daily documentation and photo reports using company systems.
