Job Detail
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on building systems including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Utilize precision measuring instruments such as ohmmeters to troubleshoot and diagnose issues.
- Conduct repairs and maintenance tasks including welding, hydraulics, and general mechanical work.
- Respond promptly to service requests from staff and management, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, and inventory of supplies.
- Collaborate with field service teams to address complex issues that require specialized knowledge or equipment.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations while performing all maintenance tasks.
- Requirements
- Proven experience in industrial maintenance or a related field.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate various tools and equipment safely.
- Familiarity with precision measuring instruments such as ohmmeters is preferred.
- Experience in welding and hydraulics is highly desirable.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with team members and management.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail in all tasks performed.
