  • Perform Housing Quality Standards (HQS) / Nspire inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements 2
  • Document inspection outcomes and report any discrepancies to property owners and clients 3
  • Complete and submit all required documentation within 24 hours of inspection 4
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments with clients and landlords 5
  • Respond promptly to emails and phone inquiries to maintain effective communication 6
  • Performs inspections on new and existing residential structures to ensure compliance with applicable code and zoning ordinances

  •  Experience/Qualifications Required: – 1
  • Education and experience equivalent to an Associate’s degree

  • One (1) year of work related experience
