Monday-Friday, 7:30 am – 4:00 pm

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Builder Direct Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will have two years of relevant experience in the cabinet industry with 20/20 Design software.
The successful candidate must have the following qualifications:
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Responsible for the accurate processing of builder orders in a timely manner, including all specifications for each item, as well as drawings if necessary.
2. Responsible for problem solving, utilizing expertise, research, and appropriate parties to quickly resolve issues.
3. Responsible to follow builder orders through to completion, working with appropriate parties to quickly resolve issues that may delay timely processing and/or completion, presenting solutions that are acceptable to all parties.
4. Utilize expertise to recognize different wood species, door styles by sight and by name. Uses appropriate abbreviations in production descriptions for products and accessories on dealer orders.
5. Submits builder order information, with appropriate detail, i.e., Builder, Product Styles, Color, Hardware, Accessories, etc., ensuring accuracy and meeting deadlines.
6. Responsible for customer service to builders, including problem solving and ensuring customer satisfaction with every interaction.
Other Requirements
EDUCATION/LICENSE/CERTIFICATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
A high school diploma/GED and two years of related cabinet design experience; previous experience with 20/20 Design software required; or any equivalent combination of education, training, or experience
