• Start as a company driver earning $850 per week for the first 90 days. After that, you’ll have the option to lease 1of our 26’ box trucks equipped with a sleeper and become an Owner Operator (1099) earning a minimum of $1.70 per loaded mile!
• As a lease operator, your cost will be $675 per week for the truck plus $0.16 per mile + Fuel. You keep the rest. This is the perfect setup for drivers who want independence, steady income, and a comfortable truck to work in.
• You’ll be hauling interstate shipments between warehouses nationwide. Most fr8is handled by shippers or receivers, though you may occasionally use a liftgate, dolly and pallet jack. Each trip averages 18 days or longer over-the-road with reliable fr8every week.
• Requirements- Willing to stay OTR for at least 18 consecutive days- Valid Driver’s License- Valid DOT Medical Card (or ability to obtain one)- Experience driving box trucks or other commercial vehicles- At least 1 year of Northeast driving experience- At least 1 year of cross-country driving experience- Clean MVR, no accidents or violations in the past 3 years
• Compensation Lease Terms- Company Driver: $850/week for the first 90 days- Owner Operator (after 90 days):- Lease a sleeper-equipped 26’ box truck for $675/week + $0.16/mile- Earn a minimum of $1.70 per loaded mile- Weekly pay, consistent freight, and dependable equipment
