Blind Installer

We are seeking skilled Installers with a minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial construction, drywall, or framing to join Interior Services’ growing team. This position involves hands-on interior installations with a focus on demountable wall systems and specialty architectural finishes.
Ideal candidates should be professional, detail-oriented, and capable of reading blueprints, managing installation tasks, and collaborating with both internal teams and clients on site.
Key Responsibilities:
Install drywall, modular wall systems, and other interior finishes according to plans and drawings
Read and interpret construction documents and layout plans
Frame, anchor, and align partitions with precision
Troubleshoot and resolve on-site installation challenges
Maintain professional communication and appearance on job sites
Work independently or as part of a team depending on project scope
Provide job updates to internal teams and clients as needed
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of construction experience (drywall, framing, or interior installation)
Experience managing or leading small crews is a plus
Strong communication skills; must speak and understand English
Comfortable working with customers in fast-paced commercial settings
Must be able to write clear jobsite emails and communicate updates
Capable of lifting 50+ lbs and working on ladders or lifts as required
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $25.00 – $36.00 per hour
