Job Detail
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and applying primers as needed
- Operate airless paint sprayers, brushes, rollers, and other hand tools for coating applications
- Read blueprints and schematics to accurately execute project specifications
- Perform maintenance on tools and equipment to ensure safety and efficiency on site
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines while maintaining quality standards
- Follow safety protocols at all times during construction site activities
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in construction painting, or industrial painting projects
- Proficiency with hand tools
- Experience with power tools including airless sprayers, grinders, sanders, and welding equipment
- Ability to read technical drawings and schematics accurately
- Strong understanding of construction site safety procedures and protocols
- Excellent problem-solving skills combined with attention to detail
- Physical ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
- Ability to pass Drug Screen
- Have TWIC and Safety Essentials
