    EXCEL – BEGINNERS/INTERMEDIATE LEVEL – Required
  • MICROSOFT OUTLOOK – Required

  • TYPING TEST IF NEW TO A CLERICAL POSITION – Required
  • TYPING 40 WPM – Required
  • EBENEFITS – Preferred

    Salary Minimum

    $44,704

    Major Duties

    Determines amount payable, verifies eligibility for benefit payments following plan provisions
  • Coordinates payment with vendor and General Counsel on legal issues
  • Maintains employee benefit records


  • Provides Tier-3 expert assistance to levels 1 and 2 Human Resource associates in the Human Resources Support Center
  • Ensures vendors are following policy and procedures


  • Verifies that eBenefits and payroll systems collect appropriate contributions/premiums for each benefit plan
  • Processes adjustments as needed


  • Assists with the development/review of the employee benefit booklet and other communications pertaining to benefits


  • Performs other duties as assigned


  • Work Challenges

    HIPAA, Health Insurance and Portability Accountability Act Required within three months
