Salary Minimum
$44,704 - 00
Major Duties
Determines amount payable, verifies eligibility for benefit payments following plan provisions - Coordinates payment with vendor and General Counsel on legal issues
- Maintains employee benefit records
Provides Tier-3 expert assistance to levels 1 and 2 Human Resource associates in the Human Resources Support Center- Ensures vendors are following policy and procedures
Verifies that eBenefits and payroll systems collect appropriate contributions/premiums for each benefit plan- Processes adjustments as needed
Assists with the development/review of the employee benefit booklet and other communications pertaining to benefits
Performs other duties as assigned
Work Challenges
