We are seeking a motivated and reliable Bathroom Installer / Helper / Apprentice to join our team - This position is ideal for individuals interested in learning the trade and developing the skills needed to become a full bathroom remodel installer
- You will assist experienced installers in all aspects of bathroom renovations, including demolition, installation, and finishing work
Key Responsibilities
Assist lead installers with bathroom remodels, including tub/shower installations, vanities, fixtures, flooring, and tile work- Prepare work areas by removing old fixtures, materials, and debris
- Measure, cut, and assemble materials according to specifications
- Handle tools, materials, and equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized job site throughout the project
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment from company vehicles
- Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
- Support team members in ensuring projects are completed on time and to company quality standards
Qualifications
Required:
High school diploma or equivalent- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
Preferred:
Previous experience in construction, plumbing, carpentry, or bathroom remodeling is a plus but not required- Familiarity with hand and power tools
