- Perform advanced diagnostics and troubleshooting on European brands
- Accurately identify and document mechanical and electronic issues
- Utilize OE-level diagnostic tools and software
- Work alongside our sales team to ensure clear and accurate communication
- Maintain high standards for quality, cleanliness, and safety
- Support junior Technicians with guidance and mentorship Qualifications: 5 years of experience diagnosing and repairing European vehicles
- Proficient with OE tools and scan equipment (VagCom, Autel, Iscan, ODIS, etc
- )
- Strong understanding of vehicle systems and electrical diagnostics
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record, must be able to drive manual transmission
- European brands manufacturer training (preferred)
- ASE certifications preferred (or willing to obtain)
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and passion for the industry
- Toolbox (required)
