Motorsports Technician – Experienced Only
Wragth Motorsports is growing again, and with new lift installations underway, we’re opening one position for a seasoned Motorsports Technician
This is a high-level role- It requires someone who can take a repair order and complete the job from start to finish with accuracy, pride, and no supervision
Required Capabilities
To be considered, you must already demonstrate strong, proven experience in:
Engine removal and installation
Heads/cam work across GM, Ford, and Mopar platforms
Supercharger, turbo, and full bolt-on installations
Fuel system builds, routing, wiring, and setup
Efficient, clean, and timely workflow under established labor times
If you aren’t fully confident in these areas, this won’t be the right fit
Compensation
$28–$35/hr depending on experience
60-day probation at $25/hr, with the ability to end early based on performance, pace, and quality of work
