As a service technician, you’ll be responsible for high-quality repairs and services on all incoming units- Using your mechanical expertise and product knowledge, you will meet the service and repair needs of our customers

Responsibilities
Perform routine maintenance, including oil changes, tire replacements, and brake servicing - Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues
- Use diagnostic tools and software to identify and resolve issues efficiently
- Conduct safety inspections and provide recommendations to customers
- Maintain detailed records of all work performed and parts used
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe
- Provide excellent customer service, explaining repairs and offering advice on maintenance
- Thoroughly communicate and work closely with all departments
- Follow set processes and procedures

Requirements
Minimum 2 Years experience - Must be insurable and have your own tools
- Diagnostic & Mechanical skills
- ASE and manufacturer certification desired, but not necessary
- Valid Driver’s License required
- Must have a good attitude, attention to detail, professionalism, reliability, punctuality, motivated, basic people skills, problem-solving ability, ability to follow directions, work ethic, ability to use technology
