• Technician Guild Automotive Technician Requirements: 2 + Years of Experience as Automotive Technician Preferred
• Dealership Experience Preferred
• Communication skills – communicates effectively with others.
• Time management – managing one’s own time and time of others.

• Multi-Tasking Ability Automotive Technician Responsibilities: Responsible for vehicle maintenance and repair
• Performs work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership standards
• Tests components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
• Able to diagnose and repair vehicle automotive systems including but not limited to Engine, Transmission, Electrical, Steering, Suspension, Braking, Air Conditioning, etc. to specification.
• Communicates directly with the Service Advisor and Service Manager concerning the safety of inspected vehicles. Provide an estimate of the time needed for additional repairs All applicants must be able to pass pre-employment testing, which includes background checks, MVR check, and a drug test.
