Job Detail
- Location: 503 Lunt Ave, Schaumburg, IL 60193
- Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM CST What You’ll Do Perform accurate, high-quality repairs and maintenance on customer vehicles.
- Diagnose issues using advanced tools and techniques.
- Inspect vehicles thoroughly and identify needed services.
- Communicate effectively with Service Advisors and occasionally with customers.
- Assist with quality control and maintain a clean, safe shop environment.
- Support team goals and jump in where needed—no job is too small! Qualifications 3+ years of automotive technician experience or equivalent training.
- ASE Certifications: A4 (Suspension Steering), A5 (Brakes), A6 (Heating AC), A7 (Electrical Systems).
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and insurable driving record.
- Strong diagnostic and mechanical repair skills.
- Own a complete set of up-to-date tools.
- Ability to use computers and diagnostic equipment. Compensation – Flat Rate Pay Plan $25 – $35/HR Flat Rate: Paid per billed hour (no overtime).
- Bi-Weekly Guarantee: 65 hours at base rate (must work at least 80 hours to qualify).
- Performance Accelerators: Tier 1: +$4/hr for 60–69.99 billed hours
- Tier 2: +$6/hr for 70–79.99 billed hours
- Tier 3: +$8/hr for 80+ billed hours (Accelerators apply retroactively to the first hour worked.)
