Job Detail
- Perform comprehensive automotive diagnostics to identify issues and recommend solutions.
- Execute repairs on various vehicle systems including powertrain, transmissions, and electrical systems.
- Conduct alignment services and ensure vehicles meet safety standards.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for repairs and maintenance tasks.
- Collaborate with customers to provide exceptional service and explain repair processes clearly.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed and assist with auto estimating for repairs.
- Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies, including GM vehicles and diesel engine repair.
- Demonstrate mechanical knowledge by interpreting schematics for complex systems.
- Basic qualifications
- Proven experience as a service technician in an automotive environment.
- Strong understanding of automotive repair processes and vehicle maintenance.
- Preferred qualifications
- Dealership experience with a focus on customer service excellence.
- Familiarity with ADAS technologies and their applications in modern vehicles.
- Experience working with both gasoline and diesel engines.
- Manufacturer Certification and/or ASE Certification.
