- Family Owned and Operated – 90+ years in business! Job Responsibilities: Performing vehicle repair and/or maintenance work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards to drive Customer loyalty.
- Communicating with Parts Department and Service Advisors regularly to effectively manage production and Customer communication.
- Diagnosing the cause of any malfunction and perform repair.
- Adequately explains technical diagnoses and needed repairs to non-mechanical individuals which may include employees and customers
- Keeping abreast of factory technical bulletins and participating in factory-sponsored training classes as appropriate
- Keeps store management aware of mechanical repair problems as they occur
- Maintains an organized work area Job Requirements: Automotive Service Technician experience
- ASE certification desirable
- Excellent customer service
- Strong communication skills
- Valid Driver’s License
- Willingness to undergo a background check in accordance with local law/regulations
