Job Detail
- Prep vehicles for paint: masking, sanding, priming, and taping
- Mix and match paint colors for proper blending and finish
- Apply paint using spray guns and other industry-standard techniques
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality and color match
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow all safety protocols and EPA regulations
- Collaborate with body technicians and estimators for a seamless repair process
- Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as an automotive painter (ICAR certification is a plus)
- Proficiency with paint-matching tools and spray equipment
- Solid knowledge of paint mixing, blending, and buffing.
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license
