Job Detail
  • Perform comprehensive diagnostics using automotive electrical systems, schematics, and advanced tools to identify issues accurately.
  • Conduct repairs and maintenance on various vehicle systems including engines, transmissions, powertrain, suspension, alignment, brakes, shocks struts, and tire services.
  • Repair or replace components such as air brakes, diesel engines, and auto body parts as needed.
  • Utilize hand tools and power tools efficiently for tasks such as oil changes, wheel alignments, welding, and other mechanical repairs.
  • Interpret technical manuals and schematics to execute precise repairs on complex systems like ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) and automotive electrical systems.
  • Perform routine vehicle maintenance including oil changes, brake repairs, wheel alignments, suspension work, and tire services to ensure optimal vehicle performance.
  • Maintain detailed service records and document repair procedures accurately for each vehicle serviced.
  • Ensure all work complies with safety standards and manufacturer specifications.
  • Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs clearly and recommending necessary maintenance or upgrades.
  • Qualifications
  • Proven experience as an Automotive Mechanic with dealership experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of automotive diagnostics, electrical systems, engine repair (including diesel engines), transmissions, powertrain components, and auto body repair.
  • Proficiency in using schematics for troubleshooting complex vehicle issues.
  • Hands-on experience with auto estimating tools is a plus.
  • Familiarity with GM vehicles is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other automotive repair machinery safely and effectively.
  • Excellent mechanical knowledge combined with problem-solving skills in automotive repair scenarios.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to clients.
  • Valid driver’s license is required. ASE certification or equivalent is preferred but not mandatory. This role provides an excellent opportunity for experienced mechanics eager to advance their careers within a professional environment dedicated to quality service and continuous improvement.
