Job Detail
- Perform full-service vehicle repairs, including:
- Brake services and inspections
- Tire mounting, balancing, and alignments
- Steering and suspension inspections repairs
- Cooling and heating system diagnosis repairs
- Fluid and leak diagnosis repair
- Complete digital vehicle inspections accurately and thoroughly
- Communicate findings clearly with Service Advisors and customers
- Follow safety and environmental procedures
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented shop culture
- Pay Structure: Flat Rate + Hourly Guarantee
- We offer a hybrid pay model designed for both stability and reward.
- Flat Rate Pay: Earn up to $40/hour, based on experience and efficiency.
- Hourly Guarantee: You’ll never make less than your guaranteed base rate, even during slower weeks.
- This model ensures you’re paid fairly for performance while maintaining consistent income and peace of mind.

- What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years automotive repair experience preferred
- Strong skills in brakes, suspension, tires, alignments, and general repair
- Diagnostic ability and attention to detail
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- State inspection and/or emissions license a plus
