Position: Automotive Collision Detail Paint Body & Glass Technician

Job Detail
  • Repair collision damage, dents, and dings on vehicle panels
  • Sand, fill, prime, and prep surfaces for paint
  • Mix and apply paint using spray equipment and ensure proper color match
  • Polish and buff painted surfaces for a high-quality finish
  • Auto Detailing
  • Clean and detail vehicle interiors and exteriors
  • Perform paint correction, waxing, and ceramic coating (as needed)
  • Final vehicle prep before delivery to customer
  • Auto Glass
  • Remove and install windshields, side windows, mirrors, and back glass
  • Perform small glass repairs (e.g, rock chips) when applicable
  • Use proper adhesives and follow manufacturer safety procedures
  • Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in at least 1of the following: auto body repair, paint, detailing, or glass installation
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
  • Preferred (Not Required)
  • I-CAR, ASE, or NGA certifications
  • Familiarity with PDR (Paintless Dent Repair)
