Job Detail
- Assist with asphalt paving by properly using the lute to level and smooth freshly laid asphalt
- Maintain safety standards on-site, including proper use of personal protective equipment
- Support the paving crew with material handling, positioning, and compaction tasks
- Assist in preparing the work area for paving projects, including site setup and cleanup
- Skills
- Knowledge of paving processes and construction site safety protocols
- Strong understanding of construction site procedures and safety standards
- Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to follow instructions accurately
- Prior experience in construction or paving projects is highly desirable
- This position requires a dedicated individual who is committed to safety, quality workmanship, and efficiency on construction sites. Candidates should have a strong work ethic to succeed in this role.
