- Oversee the daily operations of the Mendil Meyer studio, ensuring clarity across project schedules, deliverables, and budgets
- Lead architectural and interior design production across all active projects
- Manage project resourcing and workflow for the team (in-house and external collaborators)
- Maintain quality control and consistency in drawing standards, documentation, and consultant coordination
- Implement efficient systems and processes to improve project delivery and profitability
- Support founders by translating conceptual design into actionable deliverables
- Serve as a mentor and leader, developing the team’s skills, confidence, and accountability
- Participate in business planning and growth strategy discussions, with a clear pathway to partnership for the right individual

About You Licensed Architect (or on path) or experienced Senior Designer/Project Manager with deep technical knowledge and leadership experience - 8–15 years of experience in a medium to large architecture or design studio, with a hospitality and/or commercial focus
- Expert in Revit and project management software
- Strong understanding of construction documents, detailing, and consultant coordination
- Systems-oriented mindset with the ability to create order out of complexity
- Entrepreneurial spirit who thrives in a creative, evolving, fast-paced environment
- Deep respect for craft, precision, and purpose
