Job Brief
We’re growing and looking for an experienced plumbing apprentice who is serious about building a long-term career in the trade.
Salary Detail
$20 – $28 an hour

Job Detail
- Assist licensed plumbers with installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing and heating systems
- Perform rough and finish plumbing on remodels and new construction
- Support service calls (no heat, leaks, fixture replacements, water heaters, etc.)
- Run pipe, set fixtures, solder, glue, and perform basic troubleshooting under supervision
- Load, unload, and organize tools, materials, and equipment on trucks and at job sites
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas in customers’ homes and on job sites
- Follow all safety procedures, OSHA requirements, and MA plumbing code guidance
- Communicate professionally and respectfully with customers and team members
- Requirements
- Current Massachusetts plumbing apprentice card (required)
- Minimum 2 years of plumbing field experience (required)
- Solid mechanical aptitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude
- Valid driver’s license with a clean, insurable driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in basements, crawlspaces, attics, and outdoors in various weather
- Nice to Have
- Experience with heating systems, boilers, or water heaters
- Exposure to HVAC or interest in learning heat pumps and ductwork
- Experience using modern tools and diagnostic equipment
