Job Detail
- Diagnose and repair a variety of household appliances, including refrigerators, washers, dryers, and ovens.
- Read and interpret schematics to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues effectively.
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to perform repairs and maintenance on appliances in a timely manner.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients about repairs and maintenance procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs performed, and parts used.
- Operate a box truck for transportation of tools and equipment as needed for field service work.
- Assist in the assembly of new appliances when required.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in appliance repair or as a service technician is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, HVAC systems, refrigeration, and equipment repair.
- Ability to read schematics and technical manuals effectively.
- Previous experience as a delivery driver is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Field service experience is advantageous but not required.
