Job Detail
- Minimum of 2years of experience in the operation and basic maintenance of industrial refrigeration equipment, required.
- Understanding of and experience with regulatory requirements for PSM and RMP.
- Knowledge of basic Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook programs.
- Remote work not available for this position.
- Able to travel to Arvin for training purposes during Coachella offseason. Training will be limited to around 4 weeks per year in 1week increments (Housing or housing allowance is provided by the company in Arvin).
- Able to read and understand writ10information in English.
- Have a valid driver’s license with a clean DMV driving record.
- Pass pre-placement drug/alcohol screen, physical and functional capacity evaluation.
- Benefits: Total Rewards: $25.50 – $30 / HOUR
- Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by factors such as the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Subsidized benefits package including Medical and Dental coverage.
