Aircraft painter vision mt is a fast paced, growing manufacturing company specializing in structural and electrical components and kits for several commercial aerospace and end user military customers including the us navy and dod.

$23 – $26 an hour

Professional Background is required

Diploma in releted field is required

• Apply paint using various methods including airless paint spraying and traditional brush techniques.
• Utilize precision measuring instruments to ensure accurate application and adherence to specifications.
• Can mix and thin all types of coatings as instructed in writ10specifications.
• Refinish aircraft parts and other items as assigned.
• Comply with proper storage and precautions for paints and solvents.
• Ensure a clean and safe working environment.
• Must be available to work a standard weekly schedule with overtime as required.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently during the painting process.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while maintaining high standards of quality.
• Conduct routine maintenance on equipment and tools to ensure optimal performance.
• Experience
• Minimum 2Two (2) years of experience in aircraft or industrial painting.
• Familiarity with Alodine, Anodization and Passivation is a plus.
• Experience with airless paint spraying techniques is highly desirable.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrates the ability to work well with other individuals throughout the organization.
• Works closely and communicates with shop management.
• Follows writ10and verbal instructions accurately.
• Must have an understanding and working knowledge of hazardous material handling and disposal as related to the job assignment.
• Have overall teamwork, organization, and communication skills.
