- Perform routine and complex maintenance on aircraft in accordance with FAA regulations, manufacturer manuals, and company procedures
- Conduct inspections, troubleshooting, repairs, and modifications on airframes, engines, avionics, and other aircraft systems
- Prepare and maintain accurate maintenance logs, records, and FAA-compliant documentation
- Ensure all maintenance activities meet safety, quality, and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with engineers, maintenance planners, and other technicians to complete aircraft maintenance efficiently
- Diagnose mechanical and structural issues and determine corrective actions
- Support aircraft ground operations, including pre-flight and post-flight checks
- Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas to ensure a clean and organized environment

Qualifications :
FAA A&P (Airframe & Powerplant) Certification required - Minimum 3–5 years of experience performing aircraft maintenance in a commercial, corporate, or military environment
- Strong knowledge of aircraft systems, structures, and FAA regulations
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and engineering drawings
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and safety awareness
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills :
Experience with business jets or regional aircraft - Experience with avionics troubleshooting and installations
- Experience with inspections such as 100-hour, annual, and phase checks
