Job Detail
  • Perform routine and complex maintenance on aircraft in accordance with FAA regulations, manufacturer manuals, and company procedures
  • Conduct inspections, troubleshooting, repairs, and modifications on airframes, engines, avionics, and other aircraft systems
  • Prepare and maintain accurate maintenance logs, records, and FAA-compliant documentation
  • Ensure all maintenance activities meet safety, quality, and regulatory standards
  • Collaborate with engineers, maintenance planners, and other technicians to complete aircraft maintenance efficiently
  • Diagnose mechanical and structural issues and determine corrective actions
  • Support aircraft ground operations, including pre-flight and post-flight checks
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas to ensure a clean and organized environment


  • Qualifications :
    FAA A&P (Airframe & Powerplant) Certification required
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience performing aircraft maintenance in a commercial, corporate, or military environment
  • Strong knowledge of aircraft systems, structures, and FAA regulations
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and engineering drawings
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and safety awareness
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment


  • Preferred Skills :
    Experience with business jets or regional aircraft
  • Experience with avionics troubleshooting and installations
  • Experience with inspections such as 100-hour, annual, and phase checks
