Job Detail
  • Perform professional air duct cleaning services using industry-leading tools and negative-air systems.
  • Conduct dryer vent cleanings and ensure all exhaust systems meet safety and efficiency standards.
  • Inspect HVAC and duct systems for dust buildup, contamination, leaks, improper installation, or damaged components.
  • Utilize HEPA vacuums, rotary brush systems, air whips, foggers, and inspection cameras to diagnose and service duct systems.
  • Communicate findings clearly with clients, providing recommendations for repairs, upgrades, or maintenance.
  • Perform light duct repairs (e.g, sealing leaks, replacing sections, insulation corrections) as needed.
  • Follow all HVAC licensing, EPA, and state safety regulations while maintaining a clean and safe workspace.
  • Document all work performed including before/after photos, inspection notes, and service reports.
  • Collaborate with dispatch and team members to manage schedules and complete jobs efficiently.
  • Stay updated on air quality standards, NADCA best practices, and emerging duct-cleaning technologies.
  • &lt.Qualifications&gt.
  • Active HVAC License (required).
  • 1+ years of HVAC experience. duct cleaning or ventilation maintenance experience preferred.
  • Strong understanding of HVAC system design, airflow dynamics, duct materials, and ventilation codes.
  • Ability to operate specialized duct-cleaning equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Strong mechanical troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
  • Excellent physical stamina. comfortable working in attics, crawl spaces, on ladders, and with heavy equipment.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. ability to travel between job sites.
  • Strong communication and customer-service skills. ability to explain findings in a clear and professional manner.
  • Commitment to safe work practices, code compliance, and high-quality workmanship.
  • NADCA certification or EPA 608 a plus (not required).
