Master’s degree in relevant field is required
Job Detail
- Install and repair tires.
- Operate balancers and tire machines.
- Complete work orders accurately.
- Maintain and organize the shop and equipment.
- Assist customers and co-workers as needed.
- Provide outstanding customer service, and meet the customer needs.
- Promote a safe and collaborative work environment.
- Requirements: Requirements Service-oriented attitude and strong work ethic.
- Team collaboration skills and ability to follow instructions.
- Ability to stand for long periods, bend, and lift up to 75 lbs.
- Available to work Saturdays.
- Authorized to work in the USA (18+).
- Comfortable with occasional mechanical hazards and outdoor conditions. Compensation Pay: $17 + per hour effective rate
- Our Advance Tire Technicians are paid weekly, including base pay, overtime, and tire spiffs. They are also eligible to participate in the monthly store bonus.
