- Ecological footprint – We are rehabbing the world’s infrastructure, 1pipe at a time, with minimal disruption to people’s daily routines, with little waste What You’ll Do: Operate Acoustic equipment (SL Rat) as part of a process to test the flowability of underground pipelines while using software to document manhole observations
- Operate as two-man crews that consist of an operator and an assistant/laborer. The workday is spent driving the truck to the job site, setting up and tearing down equipment, operating the equipment, maintaining a safe jobsite, etc.
- Learn Insituform’s products, processes, safety procedures, inspection techniques and use of equipment
- Drive various vehicles (pickups to tractor-trailer rigs) to haul crews and equipment
- Work with supervisors, clients, peers, and subordinates
- Ability to work al1or as part of a team
- Mechanically inclined – conduct minor repairs to equipment What We Need From You: Previous Acoustic equipment operating experience is preferred
- 2+ years’ experience working in an outdoor construction environment
- Valid driver’s license is required with a clean motor vehicle report
- Able to pass work physical, drug test, and background check
- Comfortable working outside at job sites with moving vehicles and mechanical operations, with occasional exposure to fumes or airborne particles
- Ability to lift/move up to 75 pounds and use pneumatic, battery-powered, or electric tools with or without reasonable accommodations
- Comfortable entering manholes and working in confined spaces
