Job Detail
  • Possess superior customer service and communication skills.
  • Supervise, train, and manage 3-5 maintenance crews.
  • Must have knowledge of Florida plant material.
  • Possess or be willing to learn about fertilizers, fungicides, chemicals, and all aspects necessary to properly maintain properties.
  • Must have irrigation experience.
  • Possess or be willing to learn low-voltage lighting experience.
  • Have troubleshooting experience.
  • Possess or be willing to learn to read and interpret detailed landscape plans.
  • Measure properties and prepare proposals.
  • Supervise landscaping maintenance crews and the work performed on properties.
  • Coordinate from proposal to work order to precise execution of all clients’ needs.
  • Maintain proactive, positive, and continuous/regular client communication.
  • Possess good, sound judgment. QUILFICATIONS: Ability to speak Spanish and/or Creole is a plus.
  • Hold a valid and clean Florida Driver’s License.
  • Hold a Florida State Certified Spray License is a plus. The Perks 401(k) plan with company match
