Job Detail
- Operate assigned vehicle safely and in accordance with traffic laws and company policies
- Conduct daily vehicle safety inspections and report any issues promptly
- Maintain punctuality and consistent attendance
- Communicate professionally with passengers, dispatchers, and managers
- Provide outstanding customer service by assisting passengers and answering questions about routes and schedules
- Report maintenance issues, route disruptions, and accidents via two-way radio or hands-free communication tools
- Maintain accurate electronic logs and incident reports
- Support ADA passengers with boarding and unloading as needed (up to 45 lbs)
- Additional duties as assigned

Qualifications
Required:
Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) - Passenger (P) endorsement
- Airbrake endorsement
- Clean driving record
- Ability to pass a DOT physical, drug screening, and background check
Preferred
High School Diploma or GED - Minimum of 1 year of commercial driving experience
Skills & Physical Requirements
Ability to operate a coach vehicle safely for extended periods (up to 1 hour and 45 minutes without a break) - Comfortable with split shifts and flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
- Capable of driving in various weather and terrain conditions
- Familiarity with GPS, route navigation apps, and onboard technology
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
