Job Detail
  • Identify and cultivate potential clients, investors, and partners in the real estate sector
  • Develop and implement strategies to generate leads for residential, commercial, or mixed-use properties
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
  • Understand client needs and offer tailored property solutions to meet investment goals
  • Conduct market research to identify new trends, competitor activity, and investment opportunities
  • Provide insights to support strategic planning and product development
  • Develop business development plans in alignment with company goals
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and pitches for high-value projects
  • Collaborate with brokers, agents, developers, and institutional investors
  • Represent the company at networking events, industry conferences, and client meetings
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs
  • Track performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management

  • Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field
  • MBA is a plus
  • Minimum of 5–7 years experience in business development or sales, preferably in the real estate industry
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Knowledge of real estate market dynamics, legal frameworks, and property trends
