- Identify and cultivate potential clients, investors, and partners in the real estate sector
- Develop and implement strategies to generate leads for residential, commercial, or mixed-use properties
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Understand client needs and offer tailored property solutions to meet investment goals
- Conduct market research to identify new trends, competitor activity, and investment opportunities
- Provide insights to support strategic planning and product development
- Develop business development plans in alignment with company goals
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and pitches for high-value projects
- Collaborate with brokers, agents, developers, and institutional investors
- Represent the company at networking events, industry conferences, and client meetings
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs
- Track performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field - MBA is a plus
- Minimum of 5–7 years experience in business development or sales, preferably in the real estate industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Knowledge of real estate market dynamics, legal frameworks, and property trends
