- Prefer 5 years of experience with set-up and operation of CNC Lathes
- Ability read blue prints, including knowledge of GD&T
- Ability to handle set-ups, simple and complex
- Ability to lift, load and handle materials and parts ranging from small to large
- Self-Motivated, team player with ability to work independently
- Attention to detail
- Must have training certificate or college education in related field
- Read blueprints or work from customer drawings, use shop math, trigonometry etc
- Exceptional, work ethic
- Complete all required work order documentation accurately and legibly
- Follow all written and verbal operating procedures and instructions
- Deburr, thread chase, clean, etc
- all parts when and where applicable
- Effectively communicate with co-workers and management
- Available for overtime and weekends when needed
