- Understanding and ability to perform Automotive Repairs, including troubleshooting and diagnosing vehicle issues
- Ability to diagnose complex mechanical and electrical repairs
- Use of and understanding diagnostic equipment
- Ability to follow safety protocols and maintain a professional work environment
- Certification or formal training in automotive repair is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Physical capability to perform hands-on tasks involving automotive equipment
