- Previous equipment mechanical and diagnostic experience required, must be able to work on and/or willing to learn several types and brands of equipment
- Experience with paving equipment preferred
- Welding and electrical skills a plus
- Must have clean driving record, own basic tools and be able to pass drug test and background check
- Rebuilding hydraulic components
- Replacing brakes, wear parts, faulty parts & components
- Performing electrical & hydraulic systems diagnosis
- Completing vehicle preventive maintenance program by inspecting and servicing vehicles; conducting performance tests; changing components
