Job Detail
  • Oversee the daily operations of the Mendil Meyer studio, ensuring clarity across project schedules, deliverables, and budgets
  • Lead architectural and interior design production across all active projects
  • Manage project resourcing and workflow for the team (in-house and external collaborators)
  • Maintain quality control and consistency in drawing standards, documentation, and consultant coordination
  • Implement efficient systems and processes to improve project delivery and profitability
  • Support founders by translating conceptual design into actionable deliverables
  • Serve as a mentor and leader, developing the team’s skills, confidence, and accountability
  • Participate in business planning and growth strategy discussions, with a clear pathway to partnership for the right individual

  • About You Licensed Architect (or on path) or experienced Senior Designer/Project Manager with deep technical knowledge and leadership experience
  • 8–15 years of experience in a medium to large architecture or design studio, with a hospitality and/or commercial focus
  • Expert in Revit and project management software
  • Strong understanding of construction documents, detailing, and consultant coordination
  • Systems-oriented mindset with the ability to create order out of complexity
