Job Detail
  • Deliver and manage water and wastewater infrastructure projects, including oversight of budget, schedule, contracts, and quality standards
  • Ensure delivery of high-quality services within budget and schedule constraints
  • Coordinate sub-consultant work and multidisciplinary project teams
  • Manage or assist in managing small to medium-sized projects
  • Support project planning, scheduling, coordination, supervision, and review of engineering work
  • Perform data analysis, system modeling, and hydraulic calculations to size and select facilities
  • Promote effective communication among project teams, clients, and stakeholders
  • Build and maintain professional client relationships
  • Assist with proposal preparation, including scope development and cost estimation
  • Provide mentorship and on-the-job training for junior staff
  • Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Environmental, or related Engineering field (Master’s degree preferred)

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
  • Active involvement in professional associations and conferences
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Team-oriented, self-motivated, and detail-focused
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience: Professional Engineer: 4–8 years
  • Mid-Level Engineer: 6–12 years
  • Senior Engineer: 12 years Preferred Qualifications: Master’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering
  • Familiarity with ArcGIS, AutoCAD, and hydraulic modeling software such as WaterGEMS, InfoWater, InfoWorks ICM, or InfoSWMM
