- Lead and develop a team of engineers and technicians responsible for the design, development, and optimization of vacuum tubes, electron guns, RF circuits, and high-voltage subsystems
- Drive innovation and excellence in next-generation vacuum electronics and related technologies
- Manage technical projects from concept through production, ensuring on-time delivery and performance compliance
- Oversee staffing, resource planning, and long-term capability development within the engineering organization
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, manufacturing, and quality to ensure smooth product integration
- Support proposal efforts, cost estimates, and technical input for new business and R&D programs
- Foster a culture of collaboration, technical rigor, and continuous improvement across the engineering function
- Preferred Background Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics , or a related field
- 5 years of experience leading multidisciplinary engineering teams
- Strong background in vacuum systems, electron optics, or high-voltage electronics
- Proven ability to mentor, motivate, and grow technical talent
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to balance technical and programmatic priorities

- 10 years of experience in vacuum electronics or related advanced technology development
- Demonstrated success leading R&D programs through production transition
- Experience in cost estimation, proposal support, and long-term engineering strategy
