Job Detail
  • Manage client relationships, ensuring clear communication and timely reporting on progress, status, and financials
  • Develop and maintain product pricing, ensuring accuracy across accounts
  • Manage forecasts and manufacturing demand in collaboration with manufacturing teams and clients
  • Lead engineers and technicians to deliver milestones on schedule
  • Prepare and oversee plans, schedules, and budgets for approval
  • Drive successful project management, including setup, execution, and closure of projects aligned with client proposals and PI quality processes
  • Establish and embed products into manufacturing, working closely with engineers, suppliers, designers, and SMEs
  • Ensure products perform to specification, budget, and schedule requirements
  • Play a leading role in establishing and improving manufacturing processes
  • Delegate and guide junior engineers and cell staff, fostering high standards of quality
  • Collaborate with suppliers to develop new parts and resolve quality issues

  • Required Skills & Experience: Demonstrated experience in Project Management, Product Introduction and Life-cycle Management within the medical device industry
  • Experience working for a contract manufacturer or medtech consulting business is highly beneficial
  • Proven track record working with suppliers and external partners
  • Knowledge and hands-on experience with ISO 13485 / ISO 9001 standards and FDA QSR regulations
  • Experience with Quality Control systems and methods
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with ERP systems
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electronics)
