- Review and analyze architectural and structural plans during the pre-construction phase
- Coordinate plan details and resolve design discrepancies before construction
- Ensure compliance with CBC and related local building codes and standards
- Identify potential issues early and prepare RFIs for clarification and coordination
- Collaborate with project managers and estimators to support design and value engineering decisions
- Provide technical support in design feasibility and constructability reviews
- Key Qualifications: 4–5 years of experience in U
- S
- -based pre-construction for commercial, multifamily, or residential projects
- Strong understanding of architectural design and exposure to site-level coordination
- Solid knowledge of CBC and general U
- S
- construction code requirements
- Hands-on experience working with or supporting a U
- S
- General Contractor
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit , and related tools for plan review and coordination
- Note: Only candidates with direct U

- construction pre-construction experience will be considered
