- Lead the technical onboarding of new customers, ensuring a smooth and positive experience from day one
- Write and maintain code to bridge the last mile between our core platform and our customers’ needs
- Identify pain points and assist with building internal tools to solve them
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of our API
- Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including publicly available code snippets to help customers utilize our platform
- Design and implement tailored solutions to meet specific customer needs, including working with all kinds of datasets
- Collaborate with our sales and operations teams to ensure technical capabilities are accurately communicated and customer requirements are addressed
- Work closely with our product and engineering teams to translate customer feedback into actionable product enhancements
You Might Be a Fit If You
Have 3 years of experience in a technical role, preferably with a focus on customer-facing solutions- Are motivated by helping customers succeed, with a strong desire to roll up your sleeves and solve tough problems in a fast-paced environment
- Possess a strong understanding of computer science, data management, or related fields
- Can bridge the gap and help non-technical stakeholders understand technical concepts
- Love writing code in Python (or a similar scripting language) and learning new technologies
- Have experience with SQL and database management, with the ability to write and optimize queries
Bonus Points
Previous experience working with data labeling or machine learning- Prior experience working with customers in a life sciences-adjacent domain
- Strong operational skills, including project management, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Comfortable with ambiguity and capable of thriving in a rapidly changing environment
- Previous experience with Retool or other frameworks for internal tool development
