Apartment Maintenance Technician

Job Detail
- Complete work orders in a timely manner based on priority
- Turning and making units ready in between tenant occupancy
- Completing repairs in property and apartment plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, and HVAC
- Assist in preventative maintenance as assigned
- Exterior structural maintenance as needed
- Assist in property grounds maintenance and snow removal
- Assist in trash removal and cleanup onsite
- Assist in coverage of a 24/7 emergency on-call system
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent - 1 year experience in the maintenance field preferred
- Basic knowledge of drywall, painting, and carpentry experience
- Light plumbing and electrical experience
- Working knowledge of appliances to include washers and dryers
- Ability to physically demonstrate basic job duties (completed during interview process)
