Tradesman – Hvac
Job Description
Job Detail
- Change and service filters, oil & grease bearings and perform belt adjustment and replacement services
- Cooling tower and condenser maintenance – coils, evaporators and tubes
- Clean and perform routine maintenance as required
- Perform indoor air quality related maintenance including but not limited to the cleaning of duct systems and drain pans
- General housekeeping tasks that are required by the customer to operate mechanical equipment
Job Specifications (incl- Education requirements, minimal experience, computer skills required, etc
- )
High School Diploma or equivalent required - Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Valid Vehicle Operators license
- Ability to stand, sit or squat for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift, move and carry material up to 50 lbs
- Ability to climb stairs, ladders and work at extended heights
- Ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

- but not limited to, Dust mask, gloves, eye protection and hearing protection
- Ability to wear a company uniform and maintain a neat personal appearance

Compensation Range: $25 per hour The hourly rate is determined by the CBA/rate sheet and test results-
