Job Detail
- Maximize equipment uptime by responding quickly and completing effective, efficient repairs
- Perform preventive maintenance and ensure proper functioning of copiers, printers, and related devices
- Diagnose technical issues using customer feedback, electronic data, and observations
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through clear communication and dependable service
- Partner with clients, sales teams, and internal staff to meet deadlines and ensure smooth operations
- Accurately complete service documentation, including parts usage, call closures, and meter readings
- Provide feedback to improve processes and support continuous improvement efforts
- Some travel is required

Knowledge, Skills, And Qualifications
1 years of industry experience is preferred - Mechanical and electrical aptitude with proven troubleshooting skills
- Prior experience servicing office equipment such as copiers and printers preferred; Xerox, Ricoh, Kyocera, or HP experience a plus
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Knowledge of basic networking and computer systems
- Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds regularly, and occasionally up to 100 pounds
- Valid driver’s license and insurability (company vehicle eligibility based on driving record)
